Canada Names Lahti World Championships Team

Earlier this week, Cross Country Canada announced its team for the upcoming 2017 World Championships in Lahti, Finland. The following athletes (six men and five women) were also selected to the Feb. 18-19 Otepää World Cup, the weekend before the championships.

Devon Kershaw (World Cup A-team)
Len Valjas (World Cup A-team)
Jess Cockney (World Cup B-team)
Graeme Killick (World Cup B-team)
Knute Johnsgaard (AWCA/NST U25 Team)

Emily Nishikawa (NST U25 Team)
Dahria Beatty (AWCA/NST U25 Team)
Cendrine Browne (CNEPH/NST U25 Team)
Katherine Stewart-Jones (NTDC Thunder Bay/NST U25 Team)
Olivia Bouffard-Nesbitt (AWCA/NST U25 Team)

This will be the first senior World Championships for Johnsgaard, Beatty, Browne, and Stewart-Jones.
